INVENTORIES

The rental inventory is mandatory and must absolutely be attached to your lease.

 

It will be drawn up in a contradictory manner (in the presence of the 2 parties or their representatives) and at common costs.

 

When?

Either when the accommodation is unoccupied, or during the first month of occupation.

 

Why ?

To make it possible to determine piece by piece the possible failures and the objective state of the installations in place. Whether you are the owner or the tenant of a property, this inventory will allow you to avoid many problems at the end of the lease.

During the inventory of fixtures, the estimation of the rental damage makes it possible to quantify the possible damage caused by the tenant or if necessary, to stipulate that everything is in order and to close the lease.
